Will Ruto win 2027 presidential election

This market will resolve to Yes if the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) officially declares William Ruto as the winner of the 2027 Kenyan presidential election. This market will resolve to No if the IEBC officially declares any other candidate as the winner, or if the election is annulled and a subsequent valid rerun declares a different winner
