Will Tinubu be on the ballot in Nigeria's 2027 presidential election?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Bola Ahmed Tinubu is listed as the APC presidential candidate on the ballot used in Nigeria's 2027 presidential election. It will resolve to "No" if, before polls open, he or the APC is removed from the ballot by a court order or by INEC, or he is not on the ballot for any other reason. If the election is postponed, the rescheduled election's ballot is used, up to 31 March 2027. The resolution source is INEC (inecnigeria.org).

Atiku Abubakar and the ADC are asking the Federal High Court in Abuja to disqualify President Tinubu, arguing that the NYSC discharge certificate he submitted to INEC, issued to "Tinubu Bola Adekunle", is not his. INEC, the APC and Tinubu have all asked the court to dismiss the case.
