Will Tinubu take part in a televised presidential debate before the election?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if, between market open and 15 January 2027, 23:59 WAT, Bola Tinubu appears in person in a televised debate with at least one other presidential candidate, broadcast on a national network. Town halls, one-on-one interviews, joint appearances without a debate format, and appearances by his running mate or a representative do not count. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Tinubu skipped the 2023 presidential debates. He has said he will not campaign in all 36 states because he needs to focus on governing.
